Can I return my Merchandise? As all Bella Teres products are custom made, we do not accept returns unless they are damaged in shipping. If that happens, we will correct the problem by either supplying the missing element (if applicable) or sending brand new merchandise to replace the damaged merchandise, depending upon the nature of the problem. In the very rare event that we send you an item that has a manufacturer's flaw, we will replace the item at no charge to you. This includes shipping of the return, shipping of the replacement and printing of the original image you provided. However, all claims for damages or shortages must be reported via e-mail within five (5) business days of receipt of shipment and we must assign a RA (Return Authorization) number. No returns on merchandize will be accepted without the RA number. (This is a standard in the industry) Your email should include the following:
We also must receive the merchandise back within 10 working days from your receipt of the RA number.
In the rare case that a return is accepted for other than deflective reasons, the customer assumes all responsibility for all repacking and shipping. Also, customer will assume all shipping and appropriate insurance charges. There will be a 25% processing/re-stocking fee charged for all returned merchandise.
Changing an Existing Order.In the event you need to change an existing order, we need to hear from you as soon as possible(within 8 hours). If the merchandise has already been entered into our system, it is unlikely we will be able to make any changes. In every possible case, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I cancel an order? To provide you with the fastest service possible, Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled. All orders are custom-made based on the customer's instructions at the time of ordering and as such, the customer is responsible for any costs incurred by Bella Teres up to the point of cancellation. If we can cancel your individual order there will be a 25% processing/re-stocking fee charged for doing so.
Do you charge Sales Tax? We are headquartered in Georgia and only residents of Georgia pay a 6% sales tax. All orders shipped to addresses outside Georgia are exempt from sales tax.
What forms of payment do you take? We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Since our merchandise is custom made, we do charge the credit card as soon as the order is placed to insure a commitment from you. For personal checks or money orders, we ask that a copy be faxed to our office. In all cases, checks must clear our bank before order is shipped.
What are your Production Times? Generally 28 business days before shipping. If a Rush order is required, it must be discussed and confirmed by Bella Teres at the time order is placed. In such event, additional charges may be incurred.
